1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the kv444 platform at kv444.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and kv444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kv444 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

KYC — Know Your Customer Verification

kv444 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. The following documents may be requested:

General Bonus Terms

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the kv444 platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as game-specific and sport-specific rules applicable to individual products.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and sports betting markets on kv444. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or spin and may vary by game, market, account status, and promotional period. kv444 reserves the right to impose individual account bet limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kv444 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications at kv444 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or in-game chat.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or reverse-engineer any part of the kv444 platform's technical infrastructure, including its APIs, databases, or game logic.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one kv444 player account, as described in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kv444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from kv444.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is subject to an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Discovery that the player has registered multiple accounts.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your kv444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no pending withdrawal holds, open bets, or compliance investigations exist on the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by kv444 — you will no longer be permitted to access the kv444 platform using that account or any new account registered with the same or similar personal details. Where account closure is the result of a confirmed breach of these terms, kv444 reserves the right to withhold all account balances, including real-money funds deposited by the player, if those funds are linked to fraudulent activity or a chargeback dispute.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kv444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the kv444 platform. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the kv444 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be directed to [email protected]. kv444 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
